The Goal

Back in the day I was closer to achieving the goal of looking like my role model than I am today. However the dream still lives on in my


heart and mind. I may never look like Arnold without a shirt on but I promise you I won’t stop until my fifty-one year old body looks better than 95% of my peer group.

  1. Achieve and maintain a weight of 225 lbs
  2. Body-fat percentage of 10% or less
  3. Mile time under 9 minutes a mile
  4. Bench press of 350 lbs plus
  5. A minimum of 15 pull-ups
