Back in the day I was closer to achieving the goal of looking like my role model than I am today. However the dream still lives on in my
heart and mind. I may never look like Arnold without a shirt on but I promise you I won’t stop until my fifty-one year old body looks better than 95% of my peer group.
- Achieve and maintain a weight of 225 lbs
- Body-fat percentage of 10% or less
- Mile time under 9 minutes a mile
- Bench press of 350 lbs plus
- A minimum of 15 pull-ups
