Over the past five years I have tried several different nutrition plans;

  • High protein, low card, no sugar
  • Versions of Keto
  • Water fasts of as much as 90 days
  • Various intermittent fasting programs

While I have lost as little as 50lbs and as much as 140lbs. I have not created a plan I could sustain as a life style. At 58 I have run out of time to be on the trial train on which I start and fail, start and fail. This effort has to be the one I sustain for the rest of my life!

The program I have elected to embrace, commit to, and sustain through all of 2022.

The KGfit Nutrition Plan

  • Monday: Water fast
  • Tuesday: Intermittent fast, eating window of two hours
  • Wednesday: Water fast
  • Thursday: Intermittent fast, eating window of two hours
  • Friday: Water fast
  • Saturday: Intermittent fast, eating window of two hours
  • Sunday: Two meals AM and PM…High protein low card meals
  • The meal days will be 80% water-rich salads and 20% protein

Evaluation and adjustments will be made on a monthly basis for the first six months and remain consistent for the remaining six months.

Cardio

Work/Life balance
